| Rates do not include 12% tax (6% sales tax + 5% tourist development tax + 1%
Pinellas County sales tax). All rates are with reference to 2 people. Additional persons over the age of 5
are charged $10/night from January 1 thru April 30, and $5/night from 5/1 thru 12/31. Towel service is
provided daily, Monday through Friday. Linens (sheets) changed, as well as entire apartment cleaning,
done once per week. Self-service towel service on weekends. Reservation deposit of 15% required,
minimum of $100.00. Balance due at check-in. Cancellations must be made 6 weeks (42 days) before
arrival day, subject to a $30.00 service charge. No refunds of deposit if cancellation is made 41 days, or
less, before arrival day. There is no refund for early departures. Check-in time 2:00 PM. Check-out time
10:00 AM. Sorry, we do not accept pets of any kind. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American
Express, Travelers checks, cash. Boat slips available on request, on a limited basis. Please inquire about
rates. Rollaway beds available at no charge. Crib and high chair available for a small fee. |
